Over the past few weeks i have noticed that our players are well.... playing crap. ::)but thats just typical due to our formation, 442please for as long as we play stupid formations which dont suit player roles we will never win, example chris doesnt like playing sweeper cos he's more of an attacking player and suited to this, matt cant put in his best performances cos he's not playing just off the strikers, jonna possibly one of the best on the team isnt getting the right chance as nobody is helping him or playing decent balls, our leftback is never covering his assigned position and leaves more work for defence and midfield, a rule should be defenders stay in a line, stops our formation whatever it is from being disorganised so ian plaese sort out these problems

i agree to this, our formation should be a 442, during our last game i wondered what position (fmcj) was playing, i was completely lost as to why our defender was playing further up the field than our strikers, stay in position!!! we might not let in so many goals. ian says jono has pace, i ask him on his behalf why doesnt he start??? if not striker try midfield he has a commanding role in games and althought i havnt played much this season due to illness etc i notice he play fantastic passes at training in garthdee, i agree he is one of the best players he just need to be put in the right position, i say matt up front and ole to come to training more often sciver,

possible soure of error at the moment is leftback, i suggest zanny in this position, for strikers, its got to be said that maybe hamish should play on the wing right, swapping with matt from (cm) allowing chris to go there, jonnah up front along side him, with glen pushing onto left or right wing as this suits him more, a 442 should work, but i dont disagree to our current formation , places should be based on training performances and nothing else, the best strikers of the teamball wear silver preds, instead of practicing corners, we should learn how to defend them in an organised manner, also agree to limits on defence movement, has to be said certain defenders have pusehd up far to far, half way line so i dont have to cover your place

Carlos aka Fraser McJannett here. In my opinion this message board idea is all a bit pointless. I can hardly imagine Russel Anderson telling Zander Diamond he is sh*t over a message board. If people have a problem with me I would rather they said it to my face, or atleast say their name. I may not be the most talented player in the team however I will always give a 100% and try my best. To continue my "rant" I believe that a few people in the team do not do this. If we spoke to each other more and all played for each other maybe we wouldn't only have 3 points. So if anyone has a problem with me, which some obviously do tell it to my face. Thanks. C'mon the mighty Culter 19's

what is the point in doing this, its not doing anything for the team, you cant continuely blame ian or others for your performances, if you cant play as a team why bother coming , all we have to do is try harder in training and we will get results.............hopefully, but thats a choice we all have to face as a team

after the dire performance from most on saturday. it wasnt so much the dire performance of the players, yeah we all got tired out in last 15 and their lot seems to get stronger but it was the inability of the "coach" can we call him that??? to make the necessary changes, instructions when we began sinkin. I reckon that was more the reason for craig quittin. lets get back to 4-4-2 on saturday and this would be my line up, see wot yooz think? goalie - Grant - heard he's pretty good between the sticks right back zanstra centre half tom other centre half kenny left back nobby midfield - right - hansen centre - ally (if he's here) other centre - peder - left - jamie up front - sim and garden, garden can use his pace to get in behind the stoney defence as they are kak and we shoulda humped them the last time subs cam cuz he has played to little games and wont be match fit, and mcrae cuz he keeps disappearin in games, and we need somebody that will give us 100% the whole 90 minutes c'mon stuart you know this line up makes sense. anyone disagree here? hey theres one good thing about saturday, we winna have to play that dee lot again

jamie jamie jamie your so full of your self. i wouldnt accept a hundred quid to give you a vote nor would i accept your vote for me as i know u no nothing about football. ur a lame excuse of a football player. you bring shame to the game. if i had only 8 fit players i wouldnt even bring u in2 contention. face it ur only job is to warm the bench.
